Servicing Options
We have a fully equipped, insured workshop, and qualified to service and repair all types of bicycles (including e-bikes ), we offer three levels of service listed below.
Due to a commitment to the E-Bike Positive Trust Mark, we no longer offer E-Bike servicing or repairs to E-Bike's that are not compliant with current UK Legislation, including those bikes with 'aftermarket kits'

We supply and use only genuine components and accessories supplied from UK Distributors to keep your bike in the best condition, and to ensure your safety.

No additional work will be carried out by us, until we have obtained your permission to do so!!

Bronze SERVICE
The Bronze Service ensures that your bike will stop and go safely. Your bike is washed, then a full safety check of your bicycle is carried out, including; Brakes and Gears are checked for correct operation and minor adjustments will be made if required. The chain will be cleaned and lubricated using high quality lube. The condition of the wheels and tyres are checked and tyres are correctly inflated. All major components are checked for damage, and all fasteners checked for correct tightness.

Silver service
The Silver Service includes all aspects of the Bronze Service, plus a more in depth inspection of your bicycle;
All components will be removed from the frame and cleaned. The transmission components will be deep cleaned in our Parts Washer. The wheels will be removed and checked for alignment and minor adjustments made where necessary. All hub, headset and non suspension bearings will be checked and cleaned, greased, and adjusted where necessary. Your bike will be fully reassembled, Gears will be fully adjusted and indexed, including replacement of the inner gear cables if required (standard cables included in service price). Brakes will be checked for alignment and adjusted. (Hydraulic Brakes can be bled with a £15 Surcharge) Finally the chain is oiled and your frame is polished.

gold Service
The Gold Service is the ultimate show of love for your bike, we completely strip your bicycle to the bare frame. Bottom Brackets are tapped and faced. Disc Brake mounts will be faced, hydraulic disc brakes will be fully cleaned and Bled. All parts will be cleaned, de-corroded (if required), inspected, before fully re-building your bicycle. This service includes new premium inner and outer gear cables
